Mr. Ucha Seturi is Digital Lawyer with experience more than 20 years. He has practiced law at JSC "United Telecom of Georgia" as a Head of Legal Department and after as a lawyer in Georgian National Communications Commission. Mr. Seturi has also been media and telecommunications law Directions coordinator and project leader the part of NGO "Institute for Development of Freedom of Information" (IDFI). he was a Board of Appeal members in the State Procurement Agency.
He is a ISOC Georgia board member and fellow of ICANN and RIPE NCC. Ucha is coordinator and founder of national IGF and co-host of EuroDIG 2018. He is a coordinator and ISOC (Internet Society) funded and supported Tusheti Community Network Project.
Currently, Ucha Seturi is the director of Small and Medium Telecom Operators Association of Georgia (TOA). TOA is a business association, supporting the improvements of a business environment in the telecommunications sector for support the interests of SME operators.
He is a visiting lecturer of Media and Digital Law in Tbilisi State University and Black Sea University.
