Tuisha Sircar

Tuisha works with the Council for Social and Digital Development (CSDD) as a researcher, working at the intersections of digital rights and internet governance with other socio-political and economic rights in India. She has worked on various issues related to gender and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights over the years as well as on the status of literacy of adult women in India. However, in her free time she chooses to paint, explore new places as well as read and write poetry.
