Rafael Goldzweig

Rafael’s research interests lie at the intersection of technology and politics. He is a DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme Scholar of the a Master of of Public Policy (MPP) at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and currently works with data analysis and visualization, focusing specifically on populism, new media, and elections. He was a Google Policy Fellow for IPANDETEC, dealing with topics related to the protection of Human Rights in the online environment, as well as privacy and data protection laws in Central America.
